- Step 4: Choose a password. Your username is your email
IF THE PORTAL DOESN'T WORK:
Call the front desk at (801) 417-0131 and ask them to ensure UPFH has your cell phone number, email, and that your account is text and web enabled. Type your name EXACTLY as it appears in our system, including capitalization.
