Call the front desk at (801) 417-0131 and ask them to ensure UPFH has your cell phone number, email, and that your account is text and web enabled. Type your name EXACTLY as it appears in our system, including capitalization.

Tony Gregory is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with over 13 years of experience in Family Medicine, complemented by a background in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in medical Spanish, Tony is dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care and reducing barriers to healthcare access for diverse communities. In addition to practicing the full spectrum of Family Medicine, Tony has a special interest in Addiction Medicine, helping individuals and families navigate recovery with dignity and support. Outside of medicine, Tony enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with family. Passionate about patient centered care, Tony strives to empower patients through education, connection, and comprehensive care within the medical home model.
